Megan Spillman is an international education professional with over 16 years of experience administering educational exchange programs for international and U.S  students and scholars, with expertise in advising, emergency management, event planning and execution and selection panel facilitation. At the Institute of International Education (IIE), she managed the regional office in Chicago and served as the Director of Student Services for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program. In this role she led geographically diverse teams responsible for advising Fulbright students throughout their programs, liaising with host institutions and the program sponsor, the Department of State. In her most recent role, she led the teams responsible for advising U.S students, scholars and global program participants

Prior to IIE, Megan worked at EF as an Educational Tour Consultant, advising U.S. teachers and professors leading students on short term educational programs abroad. She holds a Master's degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University. She is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing (NAPO) and has been trained in the KonMari Method™ of organizing.
