Linda Tobash, with over 30 years’ experience in international education, is a frequent presenter on the U.S. higher education system, attracting international students, developing institutional partnerships, and building higher education capacity. Most recently she served as Senior Director of Policy, Knowledge and Data at World Education Services (WES) where she created a new knowledge leadership department. Previously she was Director of University Placement Services at the Institute of International Education (IIE), responsible for overseeing the placement of sponsored international students from nearly 130 countries in U.S. and select world-wide colleges and universities.

Linda is active in a number of professional organizations. She has participated on a number of committees and in leadership roles for NAFSA and was awarded earlier this year a Life Member Award. S Ms. Tobash holds a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
