Jen Wilson is a consultant, coach and facilitator with expertise in visa sponsorship and compliance, student and scholar advising, emergency management and forming and leading teams across a global organization. 

Jen comes from an 18-year career in international education, higher education collaboration and nonprofit management. Over time she has built and led multiple teams in a global organization, managing key deliverables for domestic and foreign government and corporate partners.  As a certified coach she works with international education professionals and their teams to form, lead and work effectively.

Jen’s background in International Education has built her in depth understanding of the nuances involved with the U.S Department of State Exchange Visitor Program, advising international students and scholars, and emergency management.  She has been responsible for strengthening and growing exchange visitor business, program development and has served as a Responsible Officer (RO) and Alternative Responsible Officer (ARO). 

 Jen holds a Masters degree in International Education Development from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a Bachelors of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College.  Jen is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
